depending on the reception they got from their audiences. Usually, this song was very long with Jones’ unstoppable bass guitar riff. Released in the UK on April 12, 1969, the Led Zeppelin début album, advertised under the slogan ‘Led Zeppelin – the only way to fly’, began a 79-week run on the charts, peaking at number six. Masterful lyrics, unique vocal talent It's Not You Lady Jane - poor bonus would have been better left off

More Patton, And it's good most of the time A few less good moments though

Classic Rock - 2007

Vibrant pop songs with a political edge Slightly dated

A couple of decent tracks For the most part the album is deeply disappointing

Catchy mainstream pop-rock The odd pretentious lyrics or dreary moment, bit too middle of the road for some

A seminal score for a film whose very resolution is hinged on music Not as enjoyable as Williams' other major scores for more romantically tinged films

Chariot - Gavin DeGraw
Brilliant album, some great tracks, wonderful backing music, great voice. Some slightly weak tracks but nothing huge.

Bat Out Of Hell 3 - Meat Loaf
vastly improved vocals, bloated elaborate feel no longer the work of Steinman
