doubt this album would work today. It lacks the sophistication, artistically and technically that is demanded of consumers today. It worked back then because it, or should I say G Gary Numan was different and fresh. I like this album, but it sounds stale when I compare it with what was emerging - bands like Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, Human League (post Travelogue), Ultravox (post John Foxx). Numan s sudden leap to fame meant he had to bring out an album to ...

is no exeption. g Gary Numan is the silliest musician ever to rise to fame. Immortalised by this album he now tries to distance himself from, cars is inevitably the song people now about, and in case there was any wonder, its this album you will find it on. SO.... is it any good? in my opinion, its ok. he is yet to gather any ...
