I'm not a huge fan of the Mathcore genre but Dillinger Escape Plan easily lead it and this album along with their Mike Patton fronted Irony is a Dead Scene are definitely their best, with this on...more |

Ire Works, the 3rd album by matchore band Dillinger Escape Plan was released in November 2007 and soon gathered critical acclaim and hit the top end of various Best of 2007 lists. If you are into mathcore or even any other brand of extreme metal or even hardcore, it's likely this album will appeal. With it's complex rythms and quick short-lasting changes in mood.
