1.Love Don't Cost A Thing-This was the first song reeased from this album and it got into the number 1 spot. I love the song, it has such a great beat and the music is fantastic. A great song for a dance with such an upbeat sound. I love the lyrics on the song, especially "what I need from you is not available in stores" it's clever because in this line it expresses the whole theme of the song. The video was good and showed her throwing her jewellery on the ground because she didn't want it she only wanted her partner there. The whole point of this song is that what she wants is her partner there not expensive gifts, she doesn't want her love to ... Read the complete review

J-Lo is the second album to come from actress/singer Jennifer Lopez. I have liked every single song that she has released and although admitedly I don't own the first album I decided to buy this one as it was cheaper than buying all the singles and well it was on offer for £10.99 in Virgin Megastore. Jennifer Lopez's Style is r'n'b with some latino and more poppy sounds thrown in. There are many artists trying to adopt a very similar sound at present, however J-lo remains one of the fore runners in this music style. Her music manages to do well in both the r 'n' b charts and the mainstream Top 40. I'm not a man and I am heterosexual, ... Read the complete review

After the commercial success of “On The Six” it was inevitable that a follow-up album would not be too far away for Jennifer Lopez. I had, and still do have mixed feelings about that album, some of the tracks are fantastic whilst others are a bit dull and lifeless. Now she has also jumped back into the movie actress role yet again, so when “J-Lo” came out I didn’t really expect too much from it. In fact, I waited quite a while until deciding to buy it (I managed to sneak a quick listen at a Virgin store, one of the few remaining advantages of high street shops!). By the time I got around to ordering my copy she already had a number ... Read the complete review

It's very hard to believe that Jennifer Lopez is a good singer. You would automatically assume she'd got so far because of her stunning looks and amazing acting talent. But no, this is all wrong. This album proves how good she actually is. LOVE DON'T COST A THING/ I'M REAL The first two tracks have "light pop" stamped all over them. Not great songs, but there's some good to come. PLAY Very funky, disco track. Odd vibes make this a smash hit! WALKING ON SUNSHINE Pop mixed with disco! Better than tracks 1 and 2 but quite as impressive as "Play". AIN'T IT FUNNY Upbeat spanish ... Read the complete review

I didn’t really know what to expect with this album since I was never a big Lopez fan and I didn’t buy ‘On the 6’. But I liked the song ‘Love don’t cost a thing’ so much I decided to get the album, and I’m pleasantly surprised. I do like R&B but it’s become so commercial and songs are being churned out which are so basic and sterile. I’m sure you know the kind of things I’m talking about; songs that sound as if they’ve taken about five minutes to compose, consisting of dull materialistic lyrics alongside some sample that loops over and over and over… I can’t speak for the rest of the ... Products similar to J.Lo - Jennifer Lopez
Under Satanae - Moonspell
It's excellent to hear the band rerecord old material.
The album brings nothing new to the genre of dark metal.
Ungentle Exhumation - Cryptopsy
Affordable way to own a previously rare and historically significant item.
Still sounds similar to much tech-death, and brief at only four tracks.
Unraveled - Confessor
Talented and creative modern doom metal.
Becomes samey, and requires a taste for slow music.
Unveiling The Essence - Cirith Gorgor
Creative melodic black metal for black metal fans who hate melodic black metal.
May not be stylistically consistent enough for traditional listeners.
Use Your Brain - Clawfinger
Heavy Metal - 2007

Improves on the first album...

Tuatha Na Gael - Cruachan
Successful meeting of folk and black metal touches.
Over-use of flutes, and few original ideas.
