... ‘angst-rock’. Not that this is a bad thing, speaking personally I like a bit of rage and passion in my music and Jabberbox deliver this in spades. Thankfully melodic sensibilities usually win through however, only rarely do Jabberbox lose the plot and allow their music to dissolve into a mess of crashing guitars and screeched vocals. Who, I can hear you asking? No it’s okay I don’t really expect anyone reading this to have heard of Jabberbox. As this album was never released in the UK and the band themselves are now defunct I thought it unlikely that Amit would sanction a whole category of their own so this review will have to languish in the ‘Other Albums’ section.
