Justified - Justin Timberlake
Advantages: Funky, danceable and something for every taste
Disadvantages: Not long enough
From Mickey Mouse to boyband turned pop superstar, at the age of 27 Justin Timberlake has done it all. From recording, 5 million person concerts, all the way up to film cameos Justin has lived the high life. Justified being his first solo album, skyrocketed JT into the history books, allotting him the title Pop Prince; and he fully deserves it!
This album is a perfect blend of R'n'B, rock, rap and pop - making a cocktail that is enjoyable for every listener at any party.
Justin starts of his album with Senorita, setting the mood for his long awaited debut - and boy was it worth it. Senorita shows of some Spanish funky beats and his laybacked joyful singing provides a perfect opening for his album.
Once providing a perfect opening, Justin continues to bring on the beats, with tuneful songs, melodified lyrics and catchy and memorable refrains.
Some noticeable uncharted tracks on the CD that have to be listened to are Last Night and
Other well known songs featured on the album include "Like I Love", "Cry Me A River" and "Rock Your Body".
Track 1 - Senorita
A perfect start with melodic and Spanish influence and feeling and a brilliant audience participation ending.
Track 2 - Like I Love You
An extremely well known dance track that has any listener singing along and attempting to dance furiously. A must have with catchy beats and biographical meaning.
Track 3 - What you Got?
Extremley well perfected sopranic voice and well rehersed slow dance track.
Track 4 - Take it from here
A sweet and coushy song from a serenading JT, wooing a young lady who has been abused by her ex, and telling her a everything is going to be alright. This song may have powerful lyrics but the song makes is so feel good you can't help but tap your feet.
Track 5 - Cry me a river
One of the most contriversial tracks of its release date, a possible shout out to Britney Spears; but whatever Justin's meaning behind this. We can't help but fall in love with its sexy dancing beats and the feature of Timbaland.
Track 6 - Rock Your body
This track really does do exactly what it says in the title. Everytime this song is played the atmosphere in the room changes and everyone starts rocking to the beat. Unfortrunatley very rarely does anyone get naked by the end of the song.
Track 7 - Nothin' else
Whilst the lyrics may be pretty nonsensical, this track does have a soulful and futuristic feeling to it and can't help but be remembered.
Track 8 - Last night
One of the most looked past tracks on the record - this song is Justin remembering what happened when he was broken hearted the night before.
Track 9 - Still On My Brain
This perfectly written ballard from Mr. JT slows things down and gets everyone slow dancing.
Track 10 - Take Me Now
Featuring Janet Jackson, this sexy song lifts the mood straight back up and gets everyone mimicking the chorus "T-T-Take me now"
Track 11 - Right for me
This song is another well loved unknown, with a catchy bassline and much loved lyrics.
Track 12 - Lets Take A Ride
Justin slows things down with a chilled out love song.
Track 13 - Never Again
This track brings JT back to his roots, singing about Britney Spears in an N'Sync-type pop song. But what a perfect way to end a perfect album.
This album is a perfect smash hit and can be played over and over again, and I guarantee there isn't a single track you'll wana miss out!
Its like a Justin Timberlake - Greatest Hits; everyone a stunner.
Summary: A must for any music lover
