The self-titled Kamchatka was the debut album of Swedish rock trio Kamchatka. This bluesy riff-heavy rock sounds like something from the late 60s or early 70s that you never quite heard before but definitely fits into that time era even though the band are relatively new. The band are psychedelic and tend to fly off in to solos left, right and centre and even when you think a guitar solo is just about over, they surprise you by finding a new seemingly obvious way of continuing it that you hadn't thought up.
