... London's premier deep house night, a 'real music' club run by DJ Jay Hannan and Everything But the Girl's Ben Watt. As I have been to the club I can honestly tell you that this is done sucessfully considering that it is extremeley hard to turn a sterile disk into a soundtrack to a clubnight. As always, the mixing is superb throughout including some tricks via the use of acapellas. When I first looked at this CD I thought its just another deep house compilation, how wrong was I!!! This is the perfect soundtrack for a lazy Sunday afternoon or even chilling out at 3AM after a hard nights clubbing. The ethos behind the CD is to bring listeners a soundscape as would be heard at 'Lazy Dog', London's premier deep house night, a 'real music' club run by DJ Jay Hannan and Everything But the Girl's Ben Watt.
