Rating:
the making, Sash! finally put together a best of album. Why suddenly in 2008 though? Well, the success of the single Raindrops had renewed people s interest in Sash and thus the album came to be. Who: Sash! are a dance collective of German origin When: In 1997 they first hit the charts and have had a run of top ten hits. Singles include Stay and Ecuador Tracks: Well this reads like one big list of hits. Encore ne Fois features the sexy vocals of Sabine and is the lead song. Ecuador is insanely catchy and has the vocal talents of Rodriguez. Stay was another number two hit and features singer La Trec. Best Song: Hard to pick but Adelante rocks it big time ...

Encore Une Fois - The Greatest Hits - Sash

The reason you have to appreciate this album is because of the endless number of Sash songs, which we have all heard (well almost everyone), in the past three years. Ever since the release of "Its My Life" Sash’s albums have been getting better and better, and after I heard Trilenium I doubted Sash would be able to better it. Now he has released a double CD of his greatest hits and managed to surpass himself a fourth time. The first of the two CDs is my favourite as it has all of his smash hits. CD two has all remixes of his work including ATB, Dario G and Klubbheads and Armand van Helden as you can see some of the finest DJs on the planet. The best is ...

your mantra and that's all that counts, there's no need for any serious message because its only meant as an accompaniment to your night out. Thankfully Sash has tunes by the bucket load (even if its only one over the whole album) and is more at the pop end of the market. Its the type of dance music that if you stripped down the beats and bass it could simply be played on a guitar or keyboard, a fact that is clearly displayed on the ballad "Just Around The Hill". The Case Against: Its just insignificant drivel that will be forgotten in less than 6 months time. What happened to a time when music was about passion and honesty and songs actually ...
