I have reviewed a good many Madonna albums here now, and it never gets any easier you know. None of them are bad (although I was never fond of ‘I’m Breathless’) but how do you compare them all to each other??? This is not Madonna’s best effort, but it certainly made sure of her Superstar status, and it is pretty damn good. Yes this is classic Madonna at its finest. This album does feature perhaps my all time favourite Madonna song "Into The Groove". This is classic Madonna at her best when her songs were lively and full of dancing. I definitely like this album as her early songs were very lively and she knew how to sing, and hey still does know. This album is essential for any Madonna fan and for those who are not fans then this is still a great album to listen to. ...
