LIKE YOU DO...BEST OF THE LIGHTNING SEEDS is an album containing the greatest hits of the LIGHTNING SEEDS. It features sixteen of the band's greatest singles.

The album starts with the gentle WHAT YOU SAY a good way to start the album.

The best track on the album follows THE LIFE OF RILEY an absolute classic. The great guitar solo and fantastic lyrics and fans of Match of the Day will remember it from goal of the month competition.

LUCKY YOU is a good song, a bit slower though you can sing along to it.

PURE and SUGAR COATED ICEBERG are both catchy tunes that have great lyrics and fantastic energy in the guitar.

MARVELLOUS is similiar to lUCKY YOU a nice slower song.

CHANGE is a classic Seeds song which is heard in many adverts.

READY OR NOT and ALL I WANT are fast paced songs full of energy.

PERFECT has the best lyrics on the album with great music to go along with it.

WHAT IF..., BRAIN DRAIN and SENSE are good songs that are very welcome on a best hits album.

YOU SHOWED ME and WAITING FOR TODAY TO HAPPEN are good songs, but maybe there to fill the album.

The album finishes with the football classic THREE LIONS. Even with the awful vocals of Skinner and Baddiel this song is a great singalong football song, arguably the best of all time.

There is no doubt that Ian Broudie's unique vocals give this album life. The lyrics are fantastic and the songs are of very high quality.

Each song has a positive message which is rare to see in modern music.

There is little to dislike on this album at 4.98 from Amazon!
