Live 2003 - Coldplay

LIVE 2003 is a live album of British indie rock group COLDPLAY's best singles from their first two albums. The set was from a gig in Sydney and contains 2 discs with over 30 songs. I will review the best ones. The opening song POLITIK is a haunting, dominating tune to start with though I sensed the crowd weren't in to this one as much as thet didn't sing along. GOD PUT A SMILE UPON YOUR PACE is a great song with some slow moments that come alive at the chorus with wonderful lyrics and awesome guitar work. Live 2003 was a live album released by the band coldplay in 2003. It features 12 songs from their first two albums a rush of blood to the head and their second parachutes. It didn't feature any from their X&Y album though as this was released two years later in 2005. The album also came out of DVD as well as CD however I only have the CD of it. It was recorded at Sydney's Hordern Pavilion on 21 July 2003 and 22 July 2003. It is very well recorded and very well performed and sometimes you can easily forget that it's a live CD, I also like how you can really hear the crowd singing and shouting along to the songs, it makes you feel as if your there listening ...  Read the complete review
