Advantages: Their Finest Hour
Disadvantages: Edited
A year after topping the bill at Live Aid Queen managed to do it again in front of 100,000 people. This is one of their best performances and this CD and the Live At Wembley video are two must have Queen items. This is an interesting album from a historical point of view because it is the last time that Queen ever performed live at a concert. Hear the splendour of Freddies Voice and feel the power of the performance from Brian Roger and John. Queen put together a very tight performance. All the old songs are featured including Bohemain Rhapsody, Seven Sea Of Rhye and Keep Yourself Alive along with numbers from It's A Kind Of Magic which was just after the concert. Both video and CD had to be edited to include parts from both days live performances to hide the fact that Queens equipment broke down for a short period of time on the first day. All in all Queen at their finest.

- 08/06/01 Sounds like one l have to get my son. He's only 9 but has loved Queen since he was a toddler. I really don't know where he gets it from as we all like queen but he is the only 'fan'. One song that really gets me is 'Barcelona' at full blast (don't know why l don't like opera or anything. |
