Advantages: Shed load of classics

Disadvantages: Sound quality isnt always brilliant

A totally awesome live album that contains many well known classics such as Hotel California.

I loved listening to this 2 disc album from start to finish,every song was effortlessley and passionately brought to life by the whole band.

All the songs felt longer than other album versions I have heard before which for me made it even more enjoyable to listen to,as they felt just that little bit different and interesting to listen to.

This album for me trully highlights and showcases how truly talented the Eagles are,and even if you have only ever heard of Hotel California you will definately not be dissapointed with this album,it has something on offer for everyone,from new kid in town to all night long.

This album provides a collection of the Eagles greatest hits,and the fact theat they are performed/recorded live just makes it even better.

At times I felt the sound quality was a little bti less than average,sometimes I felt the music and vocals sounded a little bit quiet,but what can you do! they are live recordings, which in essence (for me) makes up for any less than excellent sound quality you may hear or experience while listening to this album.

The album I have in my collection is the 1990 version/release, there is now a newer relase/version out which could possibly have even better sound quality (potentially making this album a 5 out of 5 stars)

Summary: A very good live album that will surely turn many people into Eagles fans
