Advantages: A 2cd cracker with 22 classics done by the best.
Disadvantages: No Civil War or Elton John duet
If you like it loud n' heavy then this is a must have, for your collection. Guns and Roses were the ultimate rock band and truly lived up to there reputation of bad ass, don't mess with me mother *******. This collection of live hits spans the 6 years when they ruled the roost in club rock going onto there massive stadium rock shows, Each track jumps out at you with the attitude and aggression that was part of the gunners make up,all the classics are given there own slot including Patience, November Rain and Sweet Child Of Mine, everyone is a winner, with the majority pulled from Appetite for Destruction and Use Your Illusions 1&2, each of these albums is a classic in there own rights but if your new into G'N'R then theres no better way to get aquainted with Axl Slash and co. The sound quality remains true to there raw studio sound and none of the characteristic that made them the top rock band around are lost on this double live set. The cover notes could have been a bit better but there's some good early advertisments featured, but what the hell it's the music that counts. And with rumours of a new G'n'R lp in the pipeline, who knows what the line up will be or whether or not they'll go out on the road with it, I suggest you get on that Nightrain down to the Paradise City, because...... Nothing Lasts Forever, and this is them at there best.BUY IT
