Guitarist Rowan Robertson puts in a reasonable performance, heavy enough to satisfy long-time fans but lacking the creativity and flair of his predecessors, especially in the guitar solos that just seem to take up time without giving anything back. Notable songs include the doomy 'Evil on Queen Street' that could pass for early Black Sabbath and the faster 'Wild One' and 'Walk on Water,' which are only exciting by comp...more

Has everything; rock, guitars, romance and much much energy This band disappeared for 15 years :(

Dio gets his mojo back, and celebrates in bombastic concept album style. Riffs are still repetitive and plodding.

Endlessly catchy guitar riffs and successful melodic experimentation. Central songs are less memorable.

Effective re-tread of Dio's 1990s sound. Still essentially a throwback, and a dull one at that.

Excellent tracks None

Great concept The overall production and average songs.
