Despite consisting of two CD's this album still doesn't manage to fit all of Gene Pitney's best tracks on it - he has such an extensive choice of songs that it would be hard to please everyone, there's a few favourites that I would like to see on here but overall I think they've done a good job. Pitney's voice does seem to get bit overly dramatic at times but this "best of" has a real range of classic tunes. The range of vocals used is pretty immense from booming powerful and deep well paced ones through to varying notes some of which I personally find a little bit too shrill.
