1997's 'Time Out of Mind' marked Bob Dylan's return to form, & 'Love & Theft' carries on, albeit in a completely different vein. If it's predecessor focused on dark subject matter, this album proves to be both loose & warm, & ranks among his better work. Funky

fantastic blend of rock, folk and english history none

Easier on the ears, more tuneful, eclectic spread of styles, brilliantly mastered Aside from the weak track 5, none!

Pop Rock - 2000

the band in the flesh not enough tracks

New sound works well, Cherry Lips is a great track. Nobody Loves You is a bit tediousTil The Day I Die can get irritating.

Vile - Cannibal Corpse
Graet riffs and melodies explicit lyrics

Tomb Of The Mutilated - Cannibal Corpse
Archetypal death metal. Attempts to shock are pretty desperate at times.

The Bleeding - Cannibal Corpse
More consistent performance. Dull vocals, and easy to drift out after the first song.

Testify For My Victims - Carnal Forge
Improved vocals. Outside of cheap gimmicks and different lyrics, all songs are the same.

Gore Obssessed - Cannibal Corpse
They haven't become a nu-metal band, at least. More of the same, worse than usual.

Gallery Of Suicide - Cannibal Corpse
They try something different. Boy, is it dull.

Fractured - Capharnaum
Some great guitar work. Nothing particularly interesting here.

Eaten Back To Life - Cannibal Corpse
Enjoyable slice of early death metal, without over-reliance on shock value. Uninspired.

Hammer Smashed Face - Cannibal Corpse
Cannibal Corpse's good song, and some okay covers. Unremarkable performance.

Butchered At Birth - Cannibal Corpse
Ha ha, it's horrible. Poor performance spoiled even further by terrible production.
