Love Songs - The Carpenters

Hands up who loves the Carpenters. No, not that many of you waving at me, especially thos under forty. Well, I didn't think much of them either until I bought this album over the weekend. I was wandering round W H Smith trying to spend some money (Ha! As if I find that hard) and I spotted their mix and match 2 Cds or DVDs for twelve pounds. Hmmm. Cheap enough! I was fourteen years old when I first fell in love, it wasn’t with the pretty girl who got on my bus every day nor was it with the pretty cookery teacher with the lovely smile.
