'Lunar Strain' isn't exactly one of the classics of Swedish melodic death metal, nor is it the strongest debut (At the Gates' 'The Red in the Sky is Ours' takes the crown), but it's still a highly enjoyable and impressive release that paves the way for the band's second, more consistent album. You obviously haven't heard this!!! Fine power ballads. Hides the band's more aggressive side, and covers are nothing special. Long, intriguing, different. Bulked out by too many interludes and slow songs. rollin hate that stupid intro A couple of big tracks No big single Mellow, for those who found 'British Steel' too oppressive.
