... Yesterdays Man and Sweetest Girl. The album is completely stamped with the Madness style throughout and for any fan of the group they won't be disappointed. It does lack the raw edge of One Step Beyond, but they were no longer 18 year olds straight off the street when they put this together. It is a shame that this is the last, as generally it is upbeat and now all dark and low. The songs here have great writing style, and great musical quality. ...more

This album is Madness' last before they originally split up in 1986. The album is actually one of their better ones, and I would say it is only beaten by the original One Step Beyond. There are some great songs here such as Burning the Boats, Uncle Sam, Yesterdays Man and Sweetest Girl. The album is completely stamped with the Madness style throughout and for any fan of the group they won't be disappointed.
