Queen's Made in Heaven is a haunted album. Listening to a singer you know died before most of the songs on the album were complete, and who knew that would happen is a spooky experience. Even the album cover, with Freddy outlined against the Swiss sky on the front, and the rest of the band on the back speaks of imminent seperation. The music itself is excellent. Too Much Love Will Kill You is almost a power ballad, with the irony of the lyrics much to the fore. I Was Born to Love You and Heaven For Everyone are more optimistic tracks, and the overall feel of the album is not as downbeat as could perhaps be expected.
