The cover art and thematically linked song titles may give the illusion of a futuristic concept album, but Chinchilla's fourth album is merely their usual fare of catchy but ultimately forgettable melodic power metal and failed epic slow songs. The intro and outro tracks are nothing but dull keyboard orchestration that add nothing to the album, and are more likely to detract from the listening experience, while the rest are still chorus-based with enjoyable shredding guitar solos and less tolerable keyboard solos. The overall quality is about the same as the band's previous 'The Last Millennium,' with a couple of notable failures dragging down the ...
