Vocalist Matti Kärki is atypical for the genre, yelling rather than growling, and the songs rarely accelerate above a steady groove. I couldn't recommend this album enough for extreme metal fans, especially as it could provide an easy gateway for newcomers, thanks to the instantly appealing riffs that just keep on coming in the title song and 'I Saw Them Die,' and the more intricate single 'Casket Garden.' Revival of the class sound, unhindered by the curse of the nineties. Stuck in a time warp, and not the best example of the genre.

Fantastic Songs which will ammuse you for hours ....

Great songs None really

Effective re-tread of Dio's 1990s sound. Still essentially a throwback, and a dull one at that.

Technical, Atmospheric, full of catchy riffs, brilliantly executed None

Complex and extreme, yet somehow still catchy. Not for the faint-hearted or pregnant women.

11 - Bryan Adams
Some excellent rock ballads are present on this album. Powerful vocals throughout. Bryan Adams has recorded better albums than this.
