      A fantastic album

Christine Guldbrandsen is an established Norweigen singer, but came to world acclaim when she entered the Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 and came top 20. "Moments" is Christine's second studio album, which was released before her participation in Eurovision, and contains 11 songs sung in English.

Looking at the cover, it shows a close up of Christine. I'm not so keen on this as it isn't very expressive, and the font is slightly illegible. However, the songs within are a different story!

"Moments" is very much a pop/easy listening album, with a very slight hint of Norweigen folk. The tracks are addictive and makes you want to sing along. You can listen to this in whatever mood or circumstance, and it'll still be enjoyable! My favourite songs are: "Because of You", "From a Distance", "Between the Lines" and "Feet on the Ground", simply for its catchy yet ethereal quality of Christine's voice.

There are two songs which aren't English : "Silverlight" and "Sommernatt Ved Fjorden" which stands out and highlights her Norweigen background, which i find original and fresh. They are also very upbeat and expressive.

This album can be purchased from her official website at around 20 Euros, and payable by Paypal or Visa. The songs are great for anyone who likes abit of foreign or world music!
