Advantages: a few good songs

I don't mind this girl, who rocketed from nowhere to conquer American Idol but a lot of her material is middling at best. This album is a good showcase of her talents though and does have a few decent tracks buried on it. The main track on this is Never Again and most people probably won't be that familiar with the rest of it.
She has a rich earhy voice which is capable of destroying most of the material she has to work with, Kelly sometimes pushes her vocals just a bit too far and shouts too much. I prefer her when she is being softer and more refined. Despite this, the album has some rocky moments and a few ballads as well to create quite a pleasing mix. The production on the album is obviously very strong and all the elements shine through well, just not that many hits off it...
