*Introduction* Jeff Buckley's mother Mary Guibert put this album of live recordings together from various concerts Jeff had performed supporting his album Grace which was released in 1994. The album is made up of DAT recordings of these peformances. The album was released in May 2000 three years after his tragic drowning death aged just ...  Read the complete review

In this live album Jeff does some of his Grace songs, some covers and some songs that to my knoledge never got released as a studio recording. Mystery white boy, the tours of 95-96 is a CD covering Jeffs unsatiable appetite for his own live music. He had a knack of never doing a song the same more than once, This is shown in effect by ...  Read the complete review

I know that Jeff Buckley is really, really good. Let me get this out of the way, I'm a HUGE Jeff Buckley fan. This means that I like him a lot, not that I'm particularly big in stature. I also believe that his album from 1993, Grace, is the greatest album ever made, so if you don't own it, take a chance and give it a go. Now, ...  Read the complete review

For fans of Jeff Buckley out there, all I need say is buy this album. For the uninitiated, its probably best to start with Grace. My album review goes as follows; Dream Brother – An epic opening, almost nine minutes long with the famed Buckley falsetto soaring throughout the song. This version is a marked improvement on the version ...  Read the complete review

Many of you have probably not heard of this man but his music is just so brilliant. He influences all the top British bands today. Thom Yorke apparently wrote the tracks High And Dry and Fake Plastic Trees after seeing Jeff in concert. He then broke down in tears after hearing them played back to him for the first time. Buckley was ...  Read the complete review

This album has showed me that Jeff isnt a mystery at all, simply a genius. I was left totally breathless by "Grace", the most famous album, and the songs on that are totally reinvented on "Mystery White Boy". This is achieved in such an innovative way you feel like hes singing right to you and only you. I may ramble on about ...  Read the complete review
