"Neighborhood Watch" is the third album from Dilated Poeples, an underground crew from California. The lead single from this album, gave them one of many brief stays in the mainstream as they collaborated with Kanye, who had just got his name up by this time. It came out in 2004 and had Rakaa Iriscience and Incidence work with their producer, DJ Babu throughout the album (as well as a few guests).
