Behind the Scenes
(Picture gallery)
So on this DVD you have 16 music videos. They are all the music videos which most TT fans will already have seen over and over on their other videos/DVDs. As much as they are enjoyable and exciting to watch, it would've been good to see more live performances, especially performances that haven't already been included on previous videos/DVDs.
Then you have 8 live performances. Now the only performance out of these 8 which TT fans may not have seen for a while, or not even seen at all, is the Back for Good Live at the 1995 Brit Awards. All the other live performances feature on already owned videos of concerts. (Wembley TT the Party & Hometown Manchester)
The Extra footage, so called previously unseen footage filmed by the band, is infact the footage from the programme which was aired at the beginning of December on television. So for TT fans, again, it is not unseen. It was nice to see it again though, just incase you didn't record the documentary in December.
The Behind the Scenes picture gallery simply flicks various pictures of the band up on the screen. All seen before pictures.
I have stated the value for money as Satisfactory, due to the DVD containing nothing new on the TT scene.
I may sound like I am having a bit of a moan, but still, the DVD is worth getting for any TT fans, as you have a mixture of videos and live performances on one handy DVD. Just don't expect to see any surprises.
Enjoy!
Kind regards.
Summary: A must have DVD for fans, but no surprises.

bagpuss73 - 05.02.06 Sounds a good album, but any good Take That fan will already have all the songs on their other albums, like me. but i guess its another on to add to the collection. |
