Never mind was the second studio album released by the rock band nirvana, and was also to become probably their best known album as well and an album that they would never really top.

The album starts off with the bands biggest song, and most well known song today, smells like teen spirit. it's a great song I feel for its change in melodic pace throughout, the versus remain calm and relaxed but the chorus really belted out, it's a strange thing to happen in a song but it sounds really great in this one.

Come as you are is the third track off this album and its one of my favourite nirvana songs ever released, it's a really slow song throughout really but the bass line going throughout the verse and the odd guitar part make the song sound really good. Its also got a really nice electric guitar solo half way through as well which sounds really cool.

Lithium is another song that's really good off this album and just shows that there were some really good songs on this album, its track number 5 and its another slow/fast one just like smells like teen spirit, in fast the versus to this one I really prefer to smells like teen spirit however I think the chorus where it gets faster isn't quite as good.

Polly is another song off the album that I quite like, its actually a pretty sad song about a girl who was abducted, however the lyrics are really meaningful and his passion for what he is singing about really comes through in the song.

Nevermind is a really good album from nirvana, I'd say there best album however I'm sure there would be some people who disagree with that. However if you have to have any one nirvana album, id say this is the one to have.
