"So Alan, what's your favourite Beatles album? "Oh I would have to say........the best of The Beatles!" Another classic partridge moment but of course there's some truth there, compilations and best of albums are normally thrown into the christmas market after a few years when the band either movies record labels or decides to call it a day, sometimes they're the biggest success of an artists career. Nirvana is a self titled compilation album of the American grunge bands greatest songs. It was released in 2002 and was the third album to be released after Kurts death, the album isn't just a total money spinner though, it does contain a total of one unreleased song but sadly all the other songs on here are just the usual classic nirvana songs so more than being a album for true nirvana fan its probably the most essential nirvana compilation album for people who like nirvana to some extent. Nirvana were a great band and therefore had alot of great hits and i think that all of there best songs are on this album.
