In my opinion this is the best of the 'Bootleg Series' releases. Released to coincide with, & double up as the soundtrack, it works perfectly with Martin Scorsese's wonderful documentary of the same name. It covers Bob Dylan from his early career through till 1966, which is the time frame covered in the documentary. Like the film, it features a mixture of live recordings, outtakes, alternate version, demos & home recordings.
