Like Bashful Alley another band that failed to release an album but now have a compilation out courtesy of Castle Music is the wonderfully talented Aragorn. This band obviously came at just the wrong time and didn't stick it out together, their sound a little different from other bands of the era but one which would undoubtedly be welcome today to break the cycle of meaningless pop groups, mass produced hip hop and whingeing emo bands. A lot of the band's tracks start in a similar manner, deep dark almost doom like riffs which then turn into fast and furious rock n roll which sounds a little heavier than garage.
