Premium Review Now That's What I Call Music! 46: Not Now, nor ever, thanks (389 words)

Now 46 is the second of three Now That's What I Call Music! releases in the first year of the millenium. There was a lot of good music that made it into the charts in this year, and this second encompasses three or four months in the spring and summer of 2000, and was released in July. I'm not a big fan of this release - I'm not a fan of quite a ...  Read the complete review

Now 46 is the summer Now for the year 2000. I got it when it came out, and as usual, loved it for the first fortnight. Since then its probably one of the the least played Now’s in my collection, although lately I have began loving it again! Disc One started with a bang. Britney’s “Oops! I Did It Again”. Obviously, ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Now That's What I Call Music! 46: Great Selection of Songs (163 words)
by - written on 15/04/01 (Useful, 106 readings)

Now 46, which at first I wasn't too sure about buying, turns out to be a fantastic compilation of great songs. With 43 top chart hits on two CD's, it really shows quality. On the first CD there are mainly pop songs. These include Britney Spears, S Club 7, Steps, Samantha Mumba etc. These songs are definitely for the popaholics of the ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Now Thats What I Call A No Nonsense Good Album! (229 words)

The typical Now Thats What I Call Music would consist of a good CD one, and a rubbish CD two with possibly one or two tracks of interest. This one is an exception. With tracks for all types of listeners on this album you can put up with the tracks you don't like because there is twice as many that you do. From pop ( i.e. *NSync, ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Now That's What I Call Music! 46: Now that what I call Pop. (129 words)

If you want a sampler of modern pop, the Now series is where to go. Many people slagg of the Now series for having too much of one type of music. Or for being a mish-mash. Or for getting up to Volume 46. I'd say the 46 shows it's a consist player for over 15 years (could be longer). Once again, you've got a lot of dance, ...  Read the complete review

I travel around a lot, and as you can imagine it gets boring listening to the same old tunes over and over again, and its the same with the radio. But this isnt bad at all, i've got the cassette version but its really well put together, eg brittney spears, tom jones, backstreet boys, atomic kitten, frankie goes to hollywood and shania twain to ...  Read the complete review

I wanted to write about Louise, but ther wasn't a category for her, so this is why it's under Now 46. Louise Nurding was a member of the fantastic R 'n' B band Eternal, then they split, and they all went their own way. Louise, however, has done extremely well, better than she did when she was in the band. Her first ...  Read the complete review
