Advantages: Every track excellent, Many music styles

Disadvantages: Easily offended people wont like it, Sounds old skool at times...but thats half the fun of it

I first heard this album when I was at my friends in America and taped it off her. It was the most listened to tape in my collection, until i lost it. Then when I herad of the Bloodhound Gang in England when they released the 'Bad Touch' I decided to go on a mental hunt for the album I had loved three years before. Sure enough I found it for a heft price of £15.99.
The album starts with the legendary 'Kiss Me Where It Smells Funny,' with the perfect use of minimal lyrics and heavy guitar. Most of the lyrics are undeciferable, except the part where it goes 'Kiss Me Where It Smells Funny!' Thats what I love about the Bloodhound Gang, their ace sense of humour (yes, I know im immature.)
Every single song on the album is a corker. The style changes throughout the album from rock, rock/rap, to heavy rap. The only continuous part is the humour. Gags just keep appearing the more I listen to the album. But, the lyrics aren't all that's good, because the music is class.
The track titles tell you everything you need to know about this album, 'Lift Your Head Up High And Blow Your Brains Out' for example. The rap in some places sounds so old skool but sounds so fresh. Its the BHG style that only they have.
I cant talk about stand-out tracks because they are all excellent. From the fast moving rap of 'Boom' to the slow heavy rock of 'Your Only Friends Are Make Believe' (where lead singer Jimmy Pop gets v.pissed off with his male man), the songs just keep on flowing. Every track would have the potential to be a hit single, but I don't think that BHG had enough money to release singles when the album was available, because as far as im aware, this album is not that well known. Although Im sure that it will become a late hit now, after the success of their 'Bad Touch' taken from their new album 'Hooray For Boobies.'
I would reccomend this album to anyone, but if you are easily offended s
tay away. Its a good listen, a good laugh, and a good way to annoy your parents. I'd be lost without it.
