Britney Spears...we all know who she is right!! I have always loved Britney Spears, ever since her debut single 'Baby One More Time' came out. When I was growing up, I thought that she was great; she had great songs, could sing, dance and had that 'x' factor. Today I will be reviewing one of her albums.

Oops I Did It Again is the second album from Miss Britney Spears. It was released in the United Kingdom in 2000 and so is quite 'old' now. The album is currently selling from Amazon from as little as £0.01 which I think is excellent value for money.

~ * What Are The Songs Like ? * ~

Oops I Did It Again - Such a catchy song - very funky and different. I like the bit where they added a 'Titanic-like' scene .

Stronger - A really powerful song - really shows of Britney's voice.

Don't Le Me Be The Last To Know - I used to think that this song was boring when I was younger, although I quite like it now. Although I think it depends what mood I'm in as sometimes I think 'aww this is a nice song' and other times I feel like 'get on with it'.

One Kiss From You - A lovely song; typical Britney sound.

Where Are You Now - A haunt-y kind of ballad which I really like.

Girl In The Mirror - Pure girlie pop. A catchy little song.

Dear Diary - A very girlie song which Britney wrote herself. It's more of a 'story' than a song - different though.

~ * What Do I Think ? * ~

Wow! I am impressed with this album. I think that it is the best Britney Spears album; this was the era where she was at her best and was a real 'Pop Princess'. The songs on this album are really good. I can't say that there are any songs on here which I dislike; obviously there are songs on here which I think are better than others!

This album is quite girlie; it reminds me of the 'young girlie Britney', the one where she sang girlie romantic songs about being in love; before she turned all 'sexy'. Whilst I like her post 'Oops I Did It Again' days, I have to say that I prefer her more girlier songs like the ones on here. I think they really sui t her.

The album is very poppy and what I like is that there are no swear words or sexiness. It's all quite innocent, which means that it is suitable for children to listen to. I like how these songs are all about Britney and her voice rather than the music (and electronic voices and loud beats like they are now).

Britney sings well on this album. I have to say that this is probably the album which shows off Britney's voice the best; there are some great ballads on here (Where Are You Now etc) which show just how capable Britney is as a vocalist. She has quite a powerful voice. I especially like the simple song s which show off her voice (Don't Let Me Be The Last To Know).

I would definitely recommend this album. It is interesting to see how much Britney has changed over the years.
