Red Snapper really are very good at what they do, now with this album their funky dub is highly polished. The vocals are either male or female depending on the track, and whilst they have guest vocalists they blend together perfectly to make this one smooth laid back album. Many of the songs with lyrics have a trip-hoppy backing. However not all the tracks have vocals and those that don't are atmospheric soundscapes and these constitute some of the best and most beautiful pieces. On a lot of the tracks there is excellent usuage of distorted vocal samples, more for fleshing than for lyrical content. Anyway the tracks on here go like this: ...
