Advantages: Brilliant and vast

Disadvantages: Not as good as "A New World Record"

Whoa! If anything Out Of The Blue is a case of too much information. There are seventeen tracks and if you know ELO then you will come to understand that every track sounds like a pop single, and this album is no different. Mr. Blue Sky is obviously the best and deserves to be up there in pop heaven, but the styles and the production values are so good that the whole album is a delight. It doesn't beat A New World Record for sheer class, and there are some fillers here, but buy it and you won't be disappointed.
