Out of the Blue, along with Eldorado, is as good as ELO ever got in my opinion. Amongst the general public this is a band that is very underrated and the best of ELO is of the highest standard, a standard surpassed only by The Beach Boys and The Beatles, but not all of the time. Whoa! If anything Out Of The Blue is a case of too much information. There are seventeen tracks and if you know ELO then you will come to understand that every track sounds like a pop single, and this album is no different.
