Great "best of" album (Paint Sky With Stars: Best Of - Enya)
Member Name: Kevin_C
Advantages: Contains all her best tracks Disadvantages: Very little new music This is easily Enya's best album by a mile. There is not really a bad track on it. The album opens with her 1988 no. 1 hit "Orinoco Flow" which has a great tune and interesting lyrics with all the place names. "Caribbean Blue" has a dreamy-like quality about it and "Book of Days", famous from the film "Far and Away" follows. "Anywhere Is" and "Only If..." - new to this album follow next and are my second and third favourite tracks. The rest of the album is not quite as good, but still holds up strong. Highlights include "China Roses", "Paint the Sky With Stars" and "Marble Halls". If you're an avid Enya fan, you'll probably have most of her album and won't need to buy this (hence I've only given it 4 stars). If you just want one album containing most of her best tracks though, this is the one to buy. I would definitely recommend this album to anyone Summary: Worth buying if you don't already have herother albums |
