      Very helpful

A splendid three discs, claiming that it is the only party album that you will ever need. I shall cast my eyes over this claim and see if passes muster!

We are off to a good start, as Pink blasts off with her anthemic 'Get The Party Started.' Her fiery vocals light the track up and it is ballsy and in your face. Wham follows this, the kind of track which would have middle aged women clawing at each other on the dancefloor as they try to recapture their youth.

I can take or leave Weather Girls, having grown up with Geri's version, I guess this is the original, but it does sound quite dated. Head to Romanian outfit Ozone who turn in 'Dragostea Din Tei', you will know it when the chanty bit comes in, a fine modern day europop tune. Also check out the classy and cool Dee-lite, which sounds dead retro now.

Onto disc two, there is a distinct dance routine flavour in the air. Damien's creepy turn on 'Timewarp' sits next to the 'YMCA.' I prefer the jolly summer vibes of Lou Bega, as he twists and turns with some mambo madness.

Get your disco fix with Pointer Sisters. Their 'Jump' still rocks and is miles more fun than the over produced Girls Aloud remake. While you lurk around here, be sure to dip into Scatman John for some insane eurobeat antics, then slow things down with the sexy 'Tease Me' as things get all Carribean with Chaka Demus and his pair of Pliers.

The CD is given added value with a bonus karaoke DVD, you can watch the videos and sing along to your faves. Right Said Fred could be a laugh, if I shaved off all my hair to be Richard Fairbrass, or perhaps I could do 'Agadoo' with some friends, yes that sounds like a plan!

44 tracks on the first two discs and then ten bonus DVD videos, this is a fairly decent party package.
