Fleetwood Mac were originally formed in 1967 by Peter Green, when he left John Mayall's Blues Breakers. The blues breakers have had many fine musicians over the years, including a young Eric Clapton. Fleetwood Mac released their first album, simply called Fleetwood Mac, early in 1968 and their second album, Mr Wonderful, later that same year. Both had a raw, earthy, blues feel to them however Mr Wonderful was I suppose a little more professional. I guess they had learned a thing or two by then.
