Disadvantages: better was to come

This was the second Bruce album and followed firmly on the success of the Number of the Beast Album.

The cover showed Eddie after some pretty major brain surgery - this was the first album in my opinion where they started to develop the Eddie story on the covers.

The music is classic Bruce Maiden stuff. Personal favourate is The Trooper although Flight of Icarus is also very good.

A must for all Maiden fans, especially Bruce fans. Great music from a great band.

UPDATE - interesting that I have reviewed a number of Maiden albums. Lookingback this was a short review, but has attracted very little interest from Dooyoo users. Maybe this is not regarded as one of Maidens better albums - I thought it was a bit of a gem!!
