The Vengaboys must be the most awful and primitive band ever … they cannot dance, they cannot sing, their lyrics are crap … every song sounds the same and still, they always manage to make it to the top on the charts. Why?

Some clever producer realised that their concept works and has developed it. The worst thing is – it works. How can a CD like that make it into the charts? Doesn’t that mean that loads of people are buying it, which actually means they listen to it at home or in the car? This is the most sad thought. I just wonder why that is. Why do people like to get into such primitive things.
