Advantages: Quite unusual and fun

Disadvantages: Not really my type of album

Well i think overall The Platinum album by the Vengaboys is OK. I must admit it's not my favourite album but doesn't have to be i haven't wasted any money. One of my kids borrowed it from a friend. I must say from a youngsters point of view it's quite good however not as appealing for us adults. The Vengaboys since they started singing produced wacky, very original pieces and they haven't changed a bit. They're definitely unique alright.

Although they might be quite weird i'd say for a present to a youngster get it. The album includes some of their catchiest songs with those incredibly weird and wonderful lyrics. Some titles include, Shalalalala, Kiss and their newest Uncle John from Jamaica. It's quite amusing to listen to even if you don't like it.

Conclusion

For kids - Thumbs UP!
For adults - Thumbs DOWN!
