 ... is better, even though it is based around a sample. Her vocals are ripe and fluid and she snarls her way through with all the attitude and conviction it needs. The delightful Shakira appears with 'Hips Don't Lie.' The title makes little sense but the latino spanglish rhythms are annoyingly addictive and you will feel like shuffling along. It is perhaps telling that the sleeve for Pop art 4 looks like it has been knocked up in about five minutes. Inspecting the tracks might make you think the same thing. There are twenty songs on this album and it appears to be aimed squarely at a young and less discerning female audience. Christina Aguilera starts us off with the whiney 'Ain't No Other Man.' Beats are good, her vocal is tuneful, but she goes goes overboard and seems to drill each note for every last drop. Rihanna's 'SOS' is better, even though it is based around a sample.
