Well they've now been going 15 years believe it or not and here they are with another great album! Here is a little run throught of all the songs and what they are about: And Now for something completely similar: This song is a short intro which consists of fast guitar riffs and fast drumming, and of course some singing, a great way to kick off the album! Take two Placebos and call me lame:This is a micky take out of "Placebo" as with most NoFx albums this has fast guitar riffs fast drumming and helarius lyrics a nice start to the album. Whats the matter with parents today?: This song is about parents these days, it has ... Read the complete review

While NOFX certainly don’t like the media and as far as I can see have tried to steer away from being a hugely successful band, which if they wanted to they could. Their latest full-length (not literally!) album Pump Up The Valuum see them getting ever more popular than they were before. Actually I would say that NOFX hate the media, with comments likes this you can see why: “…So a lot of people wonder why we don’t ever do interviews. Pump up the valium or rather pump up the valuum as the album is really called is a play on words to avoid copyright from another band, however it's the eighth studio album from the punk band nofx and was released in 2000. The first song off the album is and now for something completely similar, perhaps an indication of a song that is going to be similar to their others? And its not far wrong either, a similar light heated punk style to some of their previous songs and a fast paced song, its nice but its only short at under a minute and I would have liked to see where they could have taken this song as it had a nice start. Dinosaurs will die is the ... Read the complete review

Nofx have produced a great mix of ideas with this album. Very energetic a fast paced, true punk. It's very easy to like. Firmly putting themselves back on top, whilst at the same time having fun with this album. The entire album is very addictive. My personal favourite track is "Dinosaurs will Die" which happily sticks a finger up to manufactured, but not only that, it's very fast paced and the speed at which fat Mike spurts lyrics is phenominal. To me it's an album by the band about the band. Tracks like "Whats the Matter with Parents Today", "My Vagina" and "Theme from a NOFX album" cover absurd things but it ... Read the complete review

So it's not punks in Durblic but still it will have wanting to mosh along in your bedroom which is a bit hard when it's just you. Anyway amazing songs that you cann't get out of your head. I found track 13 a bit dodgy, in my opinon but then I am a lady, most of the guys know find it funny. This CD is just great music by a great band it's good but not as good as punks in durblic. ...
