Advantages: Lots of cheery happy tunes to brighten any day

Disadvantages: Bit too cheesy!

I loved the series it always had such happy and lively music as much of the time was spent out in clubs. So, I decided to Buy Queer as Folk 1 soundtrack which is a double cd comprising of music in and inspired by the programme. What you get is hours of music that makes you want to sing and dance! Infact it is the ultimately cheesy cd, comprising of a lot of 80's Cheesy disco with the likes of Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Rick Astley. All the songs that you wished to forget, but now realise that you still know all the words and they still sound as good as they did at the school disco! I am sure you will agree, it also happens to be fantastically good fun. There are also a lot of songs by Abba tribute bands as well as some modern day chart hits along with the Queer as folk theme and a number of other tracks directly composed for the programme.

I bought the 2nd cd for Queer as Folk this year which is also 2 cds and along the same line.

I had a party recently and this was the ultimate party soundtrack which got anyone on the dancefloor. It also is very good on a day when you need cheering up!
