Advantages: good, old fashioned folk

Disadvantages: main theme of album doesn't 'ring any bells' for me personally

I have been a fan of BB ever since I was 10 - in 1982 ish. When we were on holiday in Scotland - Inverary - they were playing in the local church hall. They have gone from strength to strength and still appear locally - down south - but on a much bigger scale. I think there's only one original member left - Alan - but the vibes of folk are very well brought forward. Quiet Days is a whole album remembering the old days of ship building, I must confess to not really being 'into' this album as much as their older stuff but there's some nice tunes if you're into folk, or John Mcusker - their fiddler.
