This has to be one of the most anticipated prog records in recent memory, and news of a double disk digipak version of 'Rapid Eye Movement' was met with similar enthusiasm and excitement. On the whole while the album delivers across the two disks, the main (disk one) album may take a little getting used to at first. Style wise REM is a slight variation on the previous two members of the 'Reality Dream Trilogy' and I'm not sure weather or not it's a variation which suits me, but gradually over time I found that the music became easier and subsequently more enjoyable to digest.
